MONTHS IN BARREL:
20 months in new French oak barrels.
VINIFICATION:
Careful selection of grapes within the Carravalseca
vineyard, in which production was
deliberately very limited. The best bunches
were picked on the selection conveyor for a
short period of cold maceration. After
alcoholic fermentation, the must was
transferred to barrels to carry out malolactic
fermentation. After racking, the wine was
aged in French oak barrels for 20 months and
was bottled to compete the crianza process.
AROMA:
De nariz intensa, atractiva, dulce y elegante.
Destacan fuertes aromas a frutas negras bien
maduras con notas de cacao y minerales.
COLOUR:
Well-covered cherry, clear and bright.
TASTE:
Ample and tasty, accompanied by an elegant,
fine acidity; intense throughout its passage
throughout the mouth, lively tannin but well
compensated by the wood. Well polished
tannins. Good acidity and long finish in which
the sensations in the nose are reproduced.
