DENOMINATION: Rioja Designation of Origin.

VARIETY: 91% Viura, 5 % Sauvignon blanc, 4 % Verdejo

 

VINIFICATION: Following a painstaking monitoring of the ripening process and after being debourbaged, the must obtained is then fermented in French oak barrels. It remains for 5 months with its fine lees in order to increase its volume and silkiness in the mouth.

 

TASTING NOTES:
Colour: Clear, sparkling straw-green yellow.
Aroma: Complex and intense, hints of tree fruit appear (pear, peach), tropical fruit (banana) finely accompanied by oak.
Taste: Smooth entry, with great volume and a noticeable
silkiness, good final acidity that persists long on the pallet.

 

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10º - 12º.
